Hey Mike, I am wandering if you're one of the Overstreet that owned Graceland in Oxford. If so I believe my mom and I both used to work there. I was also wandering if and when you get an opening. Could you give me a call.

This job has been posted for the last 4 months.Applied for the job every 2 - 3 weeks and my previous application pops out every time for review and submission with a message that someone from the company will get in touch with me. Never did. Had 12 years working as unit clerk in City & County of San Francisco plus 13 years as front desk Clerk in a hotel and provided my resume and references and educational background but to no avail. Keep getting emails that job is still open. Sometimes I'm tempted to stop by and check with their employment office but they say " apply online ".Any suggestions ?

I worked as a nurse for many years but decided to give it up after I started developing own serious health issues as a result of years of caregiver stress working in understaffed, financially irresponsible, and grossly mis-managed health care centers. I’ve tried looking into other career this year but no one has been willing to consider me as a serious potential candidate due to my age and inexperience. I received a call from a recruiter at Kindred Healthcare who found my resume online who asked me to meet with her to discuss my experience and career expectations. I looked at the website and found both administrative or office support jobs and direct care. I’m sure she’s going to recruit me for nursing again but how can I need to figure out how to tell her I’m more interested in the office support roles instead of direct care without offering my previous health as an excuse. Any tips before my interview?
