Racist... They dont conversate much with minority.. A guy name wayne aka big wayne is a huge jerk nobody wants to work with him they end up quiting. And management dont do anything about it.

It's a lot of traveling but the pay is good and the boss is a really good guy. As long as you do your work he'll take care of you
