I #landedMYjob at #NobleDentonMarineAssurance by knowledge of their work practices and prior work association

I worked alongside personnel with Noble Denton and spoke to them about working with their company when I retired from mine. I submitted my resume in 2000 and they called me in 2006. I accepted their offer and worked there up to 2015 when there was a general work stoppage due to low oilprices.

Started my own company after working 20 plus years for other framing companies. Went very good for 3 years.

Denny's was my home away from home. My family was a late night kind of family. Dinner at 2 a.m. kind of family. Always wanted to be a waitress. So I applied with no luck for years. Then got an opportunity for a on site interview after they remodeled. I was hired within a week an enjoyed every minute of it.

Actually it was not Corporate Express anymore. It became Staples 10 years ago. I started in the business back in 1973. Bought into a company called Office World in 1980. Sold it to my competitor for acquisition #1 and then we became St Paul Book and Stationery. That was then sold to Corporate Express. It then became Corporate Express a Burmann Company before becoming Staples. About 6-8 months ago Staples was acquired by Sycamore group, an investment company. Overall I was involved with 6 acquisitions... I've been in the industry over 44 1/2 years...so I never left in all those acquisitions... I just got carried over and adapted to the changes. I'm somewhat fortunate as I could actually draw social security but I wanted to wait until 66.2 years old to get the full benefits.. and at 65 get Medicare.

I #landedMYjob at #Integracare by...a Manager

And they are a hostile work environment and very cutthroat atmosphere , Constant changing rules with no reason behind. Very high turn over with employees due to poor executive management and broken promises from the home office . The The health benefits were good and the but little to no pay raises and never doing enough for upper Management was very stressful
