I am eager to learn as much about the legal field as possible. Helping others has always been my soft spot. I enjoy being able to help others in this life journey.

To bring your “A” game. First Security expects the best from you and they make you feel like you want to give the crew your bed

I left a good job for one I thought was better. I answered an ad with an opportunity making 55k a year I was hired immediately by the company under the impression it was 55k it was not 38500k below my co workers who were entry level. This company had no policies or internal controls in place I suggested some ideas that would've made the internal controls in place and such. The CEO offered to bring my pay from 38500 to 45k then it would increase to 55k by years end then on Thursday 9-5 I was terminated for telling the company internal controls really need to put in place. I found out that now I'm being implicated for theft because of the termination I now have to hire a attorney to protect myself for which. I'm being accused of doing. I know I didn't do anything wrong on either front the owner has conned about 75 taxpayers thinking he could do financial records and male the taxpayer not owe money. So once again my kindness was a weakness.

Would you ever hire this person again? If former supervisor says no and it's proven and you lose the job is there any legal recourse??

I recently posted about how I was being treated at work. I thought it was over, that the drama and lies had stopped. I was wrong. The manager got all this shit started and now she has some of the other employees joining in. I tried talking to her but got lies and giggles. I tried reaching out to the dm and got no response. I now have the asst mar telling me in front of the customers that if I'm not working or shopping that I have to get out of the store. I finally spoke up and said not to be talking shit to me in front of the customers. I have never disrespected them and I'm getting tired of be treated like shit for no reason other than filing a complaint about this. This is retaliation and bullying and them trying to humiliate me. But like the mgr said, the dm has to back her up. I am not going to be pushed out or be forced to quit because they broke a grip of policy rules. I am not going anywhere. So I will be filing another complaint and contacting the EEOC to see if they can out a stop to all this. They are trying to get me mad so I will do something stupid and then they can fire me. Not going to happen. But what happens outside of dollar tree doors will stay outside dollar tree doors. I am done being nice and I can't swallow anymore shit.

I liked my co-workers. They were good, easy going, fun guys to work with. It’s a shame it ended the way it did, so abruptly. I was called, told not to come in and to call the office for reassignment. Oh, well. It is what it is.

Watch your back! It’s not what you know, but who you know or don’t know.

Asking a customer who wanted me to leave my post to wait for assistance (that supposedly got me removed) and challenging the Captain who was only giving me 37 hours for the week while giving another employee assigned to a desk 41 hours and herself 50-60 hours in one week.

Everyday getting yelled at by the captain and watching her freak out and rant and rave. Very stressful.
