I have been a seasonal lifeguard for the town I live in...this will be my 8th season. I have been a senior guard for three years. Last year, I was put at the furthest beach to work...I did it with no complaints. This year I told them I did not want to have to travel that far and I seem to not being heard. There are junior in seniority to me who I feel should be put at this beach...I took my turn. Is there anything that I can do?

Do you have a full time job available in the Aquatics department. Swimming lessons, life guarding, water aerobics, Arthritis foundation classes and Certification classes?
