I have over 10 years extensive experience with the fortune 100 company Lockheed Martin.
Co-workers at Lockheed Martin were very cunning people. They didn't help with my job instead they would email the manager behind people's back basically making them look bad. Managers would go on the senior employees word without investigating properly. Favoritism is huge factor. In order to have longevity there most people are related. Alot of back door B.s. Jealousy From senior workers toward contract workers. Overall good place to make money but people don't last. Dept. FFU especially made people feel like your not "good enough." Gotta be "in" to stay in. Definitely not a friendly environment.
Working on complex assemblies. And learning new techniques to apply to the type of work set before me.

I'm a perfect fit for this job with 41 years of aviation experience. Buying, selling, aircraft, engines, aircraft parts, engine parts, running various parts companies including my own turbine parts company. I am an aeronautical maintenance manager/engineer and a licensed a & p mechanic. I excel at bargaining for the best prices and delivery times. Was offer a job as a Contractor with Lockheed.
Background: I worked for Lockheed for 24 years. I was terminated. Three years later I was asked about taking a position as a contract engineer. I told them yes, but I informed them about my history with Lockheed. I was informed that there was no "Do not hire" on file.
So I was to report in two weeks. Reported to the site, brought my ID, took my badge photo. Then sat in the lobby for 1 hours. Finally someone appeared that the manager was I sick and I was to return the next day. In the meanwhile I called by contracting company. Nothing. The next day I was told that there was no longer an assignment for me. Furthermore, do not contact the LM employees about the position. Two week awaiting, 30 min drive wasted and 1 hour of sitting wasted. SHM
