I HAVE applied FOR A CASHIRE JOB AND THEY KEEP ON TELLING ME THEY ARE NOT HIRING. But I still see they still looking for help.

I'm a mom of a 2 year old and have a baby on the way. I'm looking for work. Full or part time. I had a temp job in November 2015, and ever since then have been applying to jobs nonstop and have not gotten anything yet. I am new here, so learning on how everything works. I have over 5 years experience being a cashier and it's one thing I know I am good at. I can handle anything thrown at me, but I just can't find anything even when I do, no calls back. I need advice!
