Working for a family orientated business like ABCO is really not a bad thing. This company is not like many other companies. They do show that they value their employees and understand the day to day life issues that comes about. As long as you are HONEST AND LOYAL to them the doors will remain open. From my experience with this company they pride them selves off of honesty and loyalty and of course great working ethics amongst everyone. Many times techs can not complete a task and need some assistance or guidance, the company does help and provide very knowledgeable advise and solutions to help facilitate completion of task at hand.
Abco will take inconsideration your ability to work and your skills and allow you to learn from others in areas that aren’t your strongest point.
Overall work is what you make of it NO MATTER WHAT COMPANY one works for its always up to you. This job may not be for some people.
There are PROS AND CONS but mine may differ from yours.
Everything is always worth a try!!!!!!!
