I have been doing the same job for 28 years. I love my job which is hard to say now a days, but..... I do not have 401K or retirement of any sort here. I’m not getting younger but can’t afford a pay cut. So I don’t know if I should look elsewhere, or just hope for the best. I am a general manager with 30 employees, and a hard worker. I just don’t know what to do.

If you have kids ,a life or want to continue to have a life Do Not apply at McDonalds. McDonald's will take up all your time and get mad when you dont wanna come in .... But the hours and pay are good if you just need money and have alot of free time..... The customers dont care that you got out Your Bed to serve them ,because they feel like your beneath them because you serve food but they just come to eat...... If you dont like criticism keep it moving.. thanks for asking
No mistakes I can think of other than giving a employee the wrong day off. But was corrected ..
This company makes promised about promotions and never follows through with them.
If there are any other choices I would recommend looking there if you are looking for long term employment.
