I would tell them to be a good listener, remain humble, dress as though the job means something to you and make sure you highlight your positive attributes.

I did not catch an error on an International shipment. That was a part of my job as a Manager.

First time I hired without checking on references. It cost sullys money. The person i hired was not a team player nor reliably. With that my team took a had hit from covering shifts and loss of money. It also reflected on there PERSONAL life. Family

To not to take on to many people to take care of so it doesn't stress you out & the $ than I got I hear now it's better! I ❤ the people I cared for

Doing 4 patients stuff that I wasn't required 2 do going beyond my job 4 their care
