It is an excellent field of work. insurance will always have high demand because we need it for daily living.

The owner brought in an older man to run the business that I built. I didn’t see a future in furniture sales because of big retailers selling bedding like Sam’s & Costco. I left.

The position is a key senior management role and will lead a team tasked with the development and execution of innovative solutions that maximize ABC member engagement and promote ABC products, programs, and services.

The position will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer, providing strategic guidance on emerging trends in association management and the blood banking industry to help shape strategies that increase growth and drive revenue.

Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 7+ years of experience in associations with a focus on the development and execution of member programs and services.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of multi-year strategic planning around products and/or organizations to increase value resulting in growth.

  • Experience with creating and managing in-person events. Strong customer service orientation and ability to navigate and respond to sensitive/ difficult situations.

  • Self-motivated, flexible, creative, innovative, and goal-oriented. Strong planning and organizational skills, detail oriented.

  • Requires ability to multitask and determine priorities.

  • Requires ability to manage and work as part of teams.

Can't think of one single mistake, American Airlines was and is a good company to work for. It afforded me the opportunity to raise a family, see the world while moving up the ranks.
