Are there many of you out there that feel as though you've been discriminated against because of age? I am getting the impression that it is happening to me. I have qualifications and have applied for several jobs that are in my field, but no one seems to be interested except marketing firms...which I have no interest in. When I review the marketing firms' websites, they always have people who are young and physically fit. Not someone like me. I wonder about this and in most cases, i decline the interview as I know that it will end poorly.

I enjoyed working for Vector Marketing because it’s very professional and you work with a lot of great people there. It’s a very nice job & it’s very easy no hard work at all!

Hello guys,

My company has unfortunately dissolved and left me unemployed. I am an experienced marketing project manager. I’m aggressively seeking employment, but my job hunt has yielded almost no return. Any help would be appreciated

I was let go from a company in early July after misaligning with management (last day was agreed on in June). I was given too many tasks to do and when I politely asked to delegate tasks to other people, my manager was really rude about it and said she could no longer guarantee a set amount of hours on my contract.

Fast forward, I am now working a seasonal job at Target to pay the bills and I am feeling really defeated. I have been applying to marketing jobs (my forte) ever since I learned I was being let go. I keep having interviews but no job offers other than Target and Ikea. I have a Master's degree in International Communications, and I cannot seem to find a role that suits my experience. I am 25, highly educated, adaptable, and have experience in marketing program management, strategy and social media marketing. I just want something that is applicable to my background and doesn't have me on my feet for 8 hours a day.

I over spent money trying to make the school very high standards. But the people in the Environment didn't appreciate it.

The employees have adapted the Guest Experience mindset and therefore work together toward the same goal and focus.

Nothing ... how do you hire for a 6 month contract then 2 months in have EVERYONE DRESS UP FOR Potential clients just to let go half of the people who worked Hard to keep the temp job. Then to make matters worse you boot employees with out the owner of the temp agency even having a clue to what you where doing. But expect employees to work their last 2 days Of the week and get your Billable hours just so you can get your bonuses. Telaffects is a poor and backward business. I hope the business fails and go out of business. Anna Lively, Tracy Addis Knew what’s was gonna happen but let employees work hard for them to walk us in a dead end. Then to tell the few who where kept to just walk pass people and act like they where devastated. Telaffects is a joke
