The MClub Attendant is responsible for the operation and success of the concierge lounge. They must proactively connect and build relationships with the guests in the lounge, as they are the face of the hotel to many of our Platinum and Gold Rewards Members. The MClub Attendant takes care of all the needs of the guests, including taking food and drink orders and creating a clean and engaging environment for all of our guests. Their number one priority is to build relationships and take care of the MClub guests. Major Responsiblities: • Build relationships and make personal connections with each guest • Set up and tear down the MClub before and after each shift • Maintain and safe and clean environment • Take guests' food and drink orders • Put out hot breakfast in the morning and hot entrees in the evening and maintain throughout the duration of breakfast/dinner • Present yourself in a polished and professional manner Job Requirements: • Great with building relationships with people • Must be able to handle a variety of different foods and drinks • Must be at least 21 years of age - Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds without assistance • Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and supervisor Ideal Experience: • Great with building relationships with people • Must be able to handle a variety of different foods and drinks • Must be at least 21 years of age • Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds without assistance • Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and supervisor
