I have been there in years to eat; I stopped and got a big mac it was very good, I was surprised.
I have worked at McDonald's in Washington for 2 years now I work during covid and got raised but then they raised our minimum wage to $15 an hour and any raises that I had before that they don't get changed over don't get added to your $15 an hour. There are very little bonuses and quite a turnover rate with employees. It's very fast-paced although you can move up very quickly. As long as you're over 18.
Not be rude be respectful and respect be responsible tell then stuff you can do and what your good at and tell them any thing vary important about like if your trained in first aide and cpr and how to use an AED like me

McDonald's is the very first job for many teenagers. Teenagers today really need good role models with a strong work ethic. I had over 75 kids who all called me Work Mom! Many of them did not have their own mother's present or active in their lives. I spent 5 years with McDonald's trying to mentor THEM and prepare them for what it's like in the work force of this country. I still see and speak to a lot of those kids who have now moved on, went to college, and/or had families of their own!
