I asked to go home, got an ok. And they let me go the next day. Sometimes you need to let the people that are jelouse or don’t like you to win. And not even that worked . They let me go, all come together to attack you. When it comes to certain people trying to get rid of new employees.

When you work with people that are jelouse that your a good worker, because they are lazy. And of course since they are full time Medtronic they will let the new ones go faster then getting rid of the problem.

If your not going for a higher position as manager , don’t bother to work there. A lot of Puerto Rico people work here and are jelouse of any USA citizen that will come and take there place and will get you in trouble to get you fired.

DON'T WORK HERE....They pay is not competitive & the people are awful. One of the best dept managers was forced to "retire". The daily production goals are not realistic & give little room to actually take a break away from your desk... so you are are your desk 98% of the day. If you enjoy working in these conditions, then apply today!
