System problem and cannot leave

Customer was very abusive on a call, listened and did not reply, customer ended the call. Reported to management they listed to the call and forward to customers management team. Co-worker angry don’t say just let them steam off but advise manager of situation

Every day was an amazing day, management walked around and asked if we needed anything, everyone was positive.

I helped train the people from India how to handle customers over the phone, process payments, setup banking information for direct withdrawals. Also stayed as a backup person in the payment processing department after being transferred to another department.j

The most stressful day at MetLife was the day they pulled me and a bunch of my coworkers into a room and told us that we had a new job working for another company. We didn't have to take the job but we were no longer going to be employed by MetLife. We were not given the option to transfer to another division of th company like life insurance or dental. It was either take the transfer to the new company or be unemployed. Now, we couldn't draw unemployment because we weren't fired so it was really a bad deal. The new company really downgraded our health insurance. I lost a pension that I had with MetLife and I am no longer eligible for a bonus. Snoopy is not the only one MetLife has outed. I wouldn't work for them again. Things are too unstable.
