The place has a very toxic culture, there is no work life balance, the coaches dont actually do much of anything besides listen to phone calls they dont actually coach anything. They play games to make an already stressful job even more difficult to force people to quit. Dont believe me I worked at the springfield mo call center they hired 300 people between last september and november when I started and they fired people after christmas and forced others there was and still is employees that pop pills and get drunk on the job to cope most people are either on indefinite stress leave or in care of a psychologist. They will paint this awesome picture that will make you feel like your so lucky to work there then once you finish training and enter nesting the games really begin. Idc how long you work there you will constantly be in fear of losing your job the union will not protect you it sounds good in theory but again part of the smoke and mirrors. When I started last november it was at&ts number 1 call center currently they are one of the very worst and my coach was ranked 116 out of 117 horrible. Work for tmobile, sprint, verizon anyone but att they truly do not care about their customers as it was put to us all throughout training and after we dont care what their problem is we are not here to fix it our solution is to offer other services to replace what they have. Imagine telling a customer that cancels 1 day after their billing cycle that they will be charged for a full month of service that they did not use because att changed their billing policy and if your customer satisfaction score is under 78% they will write you up until they can fire you the processes are inefficient and most employees transfer telco customers because that's not what they get paid to take care of smh that is the definition of a customer mistreat but its rampant throughout the clickish company stay away unless you just want to collect 10 grand for 3 months of classroom training.

Don't ever work at STL5 in Hazelwood MO!! It's ran very unprofessional and there are racial issues going on there

One of our regular guests asked me again to consider working in KC at one of his cousin's motel. I did a skype interview last nite and it went really good. A lot of his workers take the summer off for vacay's, so I would be there for summer. I will work 4 to 6 days a week, usually 10 to 12 hour shifts. The job duties there are the same as my job here. My little sister has a place to stay for the summer so I won't have to worry about her. I'm kinda worried since I have no idea about cost of living there, rents, where to look for a place.. and all that.
