I am a single mother of 3 children and have worked at This Golden Corral over 4 years worked when i was sick, even had a hernia on belly and still worked when they needed me. So i get 1 bad review out of 4 YEARS i "took too long refilling the lady drink" sorry people but when im trying to remember 10 other drinks i might forget 1 maybe 2 but i make sure to bring it RIGHT BACK. But im glad i got fired its sad when u pull into ur works driveway and start crying not knowing if your manager Hogan is going to call you stupid or not scared if he is grumpy he takes it out on the servers. The ONLY manager in the entire restraunt that actually does work and cares his name is Andy.

Hello Gang! Hopefully this past week you received your lessons and blessings. Well, my final week of training ends tomorrow with Northstar Batteries here in Springfield MO. I made the cut! I begin my grave yard shift this Sunday from 10pm till 6am. I also received my first paycheck today. All my coworkers are great people to work with and all my supervisors have been consistently supportive to assist my training. It has been a great feeling to become a part of this great team. We all work hard and it shows by the way Northstar produces high quality products. When I went to receive my check it was given to me with caring hands and a warm smile from Human Resources. I had this great feeling like a baseball player hitting a homerun out the stadium and jogging around the bases to home plate. On another note...I do miss being out there on the hunt job searching. So many valuable aspects of knowledge I gained. It was like a "Indiana Jones adventure" going through all the challenging obstacles to obtain my prize. It was thrilling and exciting being on the move constantly. I discovered greater ingenuity within me. Like a cat I was somehow always landing back on my feet when It seemed like I was falling. I learned to that its ok to except inconveniences because they pushed me to my next crevice to climb higher as I hung from some cliffs like a rock climber does. "Becoming to comfortable in this world dulls your edge" If you wanna be ready for what life throws at you, you gotta stay sharp and "conditioned" prepared for any struggle. I miss the " Angels" I met out there too because they made small miracles happen for me. Made sure I stayed warm and fed. They took over my car and drove through snow and rain storms up and down the interstates; through pitch black darkness they took over and drove my car through Mark Twain National Forest on highway 17. I miss the "Truckers" who assisted me with safe guidance through interstate traffic. I miss all the hard working mom's and dad's who were at the city and state agencies with their kids waiting to receive assistance in long lines; I Miss all the frisky hyper children who played and laugh with joy without a care in the world and influnced me to do the same. Listen Gang..."I am a witness to the true magic that happens out there...I am a witness to true faith and hope" You dont have to live in fear of the "unknown" You wont see the pure faith and magic untill you tackle the world as raw as you came into it..."with nothing and build courage to go on from that point" My dad passed Just last April 2018. And my dad said often to me: "Do you want a Understanding" or "do you want a GREATER UNDERSTANDING " To perceive and comprehend the significance and nature of things is UNDERSTANDING. But a Greater UNDERSTANDING is Enlightenment. Its obsrure to find it living in fears and worries. Seaching for a job is way bigger than the job gang..."its about developing and maturing what is greater within YOU" And if you can remain faithful to this greater "YOU" ...I guarantee with no doubt you will have the job you need. "As above...so below..the way we perceive is the way we flow"

I am new to St.louis and I am looking for a job somewhere close to Florissant. Anyone have any ideas?

I went to St Louis three weeks ago. I was hired by Patriots Temp Service two days later. They contracted me to work for a company in Hazlewood MO called: Inhance Technologies. I was paid $10.50 an hour. I was payed every Monday. Lots of over time if I wanted more hours. I relocated back to Houston MO because i was able to rent a home here so I informed the Temp service of my plans to relocate. Excellent company to work with. Helped me get my foot in the door.

I have been in the St. Louis area for 3 years and I have been very disappointed with jobs here. I have over 25 years of experience within Microbiology and I still can't find any stability here. I'm thinking I shouldn't have come back here to this terrible job market. All I can do is turn it over to God.

i work temp jobs now,i am thankful, but i need a fulltime permanent job and i am homeless,if there is someone who can help all the way, please do in Jesus name amen.....preferably a hotel job in downtown st louis, and with an apartment in soulard, because i am homeless in soulard and it has churches that feed the homeless..so that is a blessing too...downtown cause i can walk if i do not have busfare, and a hotel job so i can eat and take a shower for free while i am homeless.

Need employment somewhere in St.Louis , Missouri

I left my job because I moved back to Missouri thinking that it would be my last location to live. I ended up moving back to Atlanta.
