The best thing working at Motel 6 is working with customers working with other people there our family we had our ups and downs but I enjoy working on a fast pace it's a good place good physical workout once that you pace yourself on a different object or a different thing enjoy working at Motel 6 I know I did
I enjoyed working with most my coworkers. But the management was poor she rarely let us put new towels and sheets in the rooms i was informed she was only worried about her bonus and she wouldnt handle a few complainants i made about a few guests who were vulgar towards me all she did was talk to them and let one of them continue to stay there even after he flashed a gun
I started with motel 6 because they gave me an opportunity to work and to better myself as far as maintenance work. I really enjoy what i do and love doing different things its not always the same thing everyday
I decided to work at Motel 6 because I desperately needed a job, and it was convenient to where I lived. You see at the time I did not have a car, and this job was only a 15 minute walk away! I thought that once I was able to get a vehicle that I would move on to some other job, but here I am almost 5 years later still working for Motel 6. I actually enjoy meeting and greeting the guest as they come through the door!
It’s was unsafe and horrible!!
They are poorly managed. And at the motel 6 I worked at the female gm only likes to hire male employees. Beside the gm and the mod I was the only female front desk staff!
Not contacting human resources about the hostile work environment I was in!
