I went to check my status today ( 5/18/29) because I still haven’t received anything. Now the site has social security numbers with times to retry certification. I’m in NJ. I’ll post the link for everyone. The only thing you may have to change is your state abbreviation. From my understanding, you can do the late/missed certification any day of the week, but only during the specified times. Hope this helps.

Here’s an example for certification times in NJ by the last 4 of your social:

I can not claim my weekly unemployment benefits. ( I filed it before 3 times but never have received money)
System says : “Your Certification can not be processed”.
Fortunately once I could contact unemployment department, they told me system is so busy and have to wait, but they can not advise me, what can I do, because I can not process my future weakly benefits.
I also was recommended to apply local administration, but nobody knows which department is responsible for this issue.
I filed appeal, no response. Closed administrative circle!
