Looking for work and am open to new fields of employment, but have been in the Plastic Manufacturing industry for 8 yrs. I am in the Ft. Smith, AR area and well,.. I'm new to this site and just trying to get a feel for how things work. Hello! Hoping this will help me to find part or possibly full time work. It's been crazy, missing two weeks because of a flood and also hours dropped because they changed how we are paid. I'm having some difficulties paying the bills but forever keeping positive.
