One word, "DON'T". These people are crazy. In the time they have been in business over ten years, they have gone through 50 some employees and counting, and there's only 4 to 5 employees. I gave them 2-1/2 years of taking care of their office, did an awesome job and beyond of what my job duties included. Believe me, you don't want to work for these people.

BEWARE!!!! This is a small, family owned and operated business with uneducated and greedy people running the organization. They have zero respect for hard working individuals, and they'll take immediate advantage of you. I've been managing business offices for 20 years, and I can't say enough NEGATIVE things about this company or the people who run it, so apply at your own risk!

If you like that field of work, you should apply for the position. The only way to find out whether or not you enjoy the work is by working for the company. I am in no position to tell you that any position is right or wrong for you because everyone is different. Each individual should have the right to make their own decision. However, with this position it requires a lot of interaction with agents and their clients.

Working there. Things were great in the beginning, but the dentist turned into a paranoid, verbally and mentally abusive jerk.
