DONT WORK HERE! Rich Taylor is a thief and you will literally be stolen from. When i was there you're under contract for 25% of the load but they WILL NOT show you any paperwork as to what they are being paid so you get 25% of what they say. I had random drivers 3 different times that i never met in my life in different cities come up to me out of the blue and ask me if Rich Taylor was still ripping everyone off. In the 1 1/2 i was there i never heard one person not ONE in the trucking industry not just at Taylor say one positive or good thing about him. I will say there were a few good employees there although they too have left one has a lawsuit against Taylor. They have a huge turnover of drivers and its obvious why. If you want to drive for a heavy haul or just a good trucking company go to Reeves trucking i personally never worked for them but have heard nothing but good

The pay isn't very good and they will take advantage of you if you let them but for the most part they took care of me and everyone there was good to work with.
