My boss keep me motivated

Excuse me it's p&t contractor I worked for back in 86' fixings sidewalk and driveways and laying bricks around house's for five years

Other then the money was great I enjoyed the people I worked with an I liked what I did. I looked forward to going to work every day. I also enjoyed traveling the country seeing new places an meeting new people. I truly loved my job

I got hired for a new job but the place is so unorganized. They have had me go up 3 times to fill out paper work. Just to find out that I'm not in their system. Filling very worried about how I'm going to make ends meet.

It says my interview is pending when will I know if I got the job or not and the reason why if I don't get the job thank you
