I need to learn how to say no when people take advantage of my kindness.

Having more than 1 child with behaviors in the classroom and not getting any assistance from supervisors when needed.

I usually have a good repoir with the co-workers and the families I meet, however, if there is a problem I would like to sit down and calmly discuss it.

Assisting families with areas of support both in the classroom and in the community.Supervising,advising and managing, a classroom of 19-20 children, 1 teacher,1 foster grandparent (Coast Line Elderly).I was responsible for maintaining all files and paperwork.
