I really liked the position while I worked from the Harrisburg office, but when I was transferred to Scranton, the "ball game" became different. The director was forced to employ me as the Harrisburg office became only the "boss's office". The Scranton Director was a domineering older person who was set in his ways and could not listen to new things. It was a horrible several years.
