so I have had some problems with some of the sort managers and disrespect from others because I was fast to be friendly to people and they did not respect me . I would tell people to wait and get the feel of the people around you so you can understand who you are dealing with. but otherwise its a good place to work

I wouldn't if I were you, they are a scam, they have you used your address to receive their package, that I am assuming are bought with stolen credit card numbers and have you change shipping label whose address is different from the one on the package, they don't pay you and then want you to start up your own business and want you open a bank account in your name that only they have access to.
