I would tell them that it's the most amazing work family you'll ever be lucky enough to have.

I loved working for Panera Bread. There was some times that they may have been workin on the bridge and I would be late or have to end up getting turned around and go the interstate. There was times that I was scheduled to close but turn around and opened, some times it would be pretty late when I was out of there and by the time I got home it would be midnight and when I had to turn around and open I would have to get up in between 3 am and 3:30 am and leave before 4 am . I would try my best to leave my home at least an hour before it was time for me to be clocked in. I was asked by the District Manager what was a shift that I was able to be at work early or on time and I did let him know that if I was to open I was always early since there wasn't very much traffic at 4 am , and after that was let known I ended up doing mid and closing shifts with only 1 open shift. I gave the company almost 5 years of my hard work and worked my way from a bakery opener all the way up to the Assistant Manager I ended up having to leave . Panera just needs to get better managers that will not let the assistant manager run the Cafe as if they are the GM.
