To all those whom are seeking employment, it takes TRUE patience! Patience, patience, patience. However, patience does NOT negate true diligence! Meaning, do NOT negate your personal responsibility to: have a GRAND resume, to dress WELL, be punctua( arrive 15 to 20 minutes before the designated time, smell great( shower/ gum), research the company website ( be prepared for questions), AND, have professional dialect/ verbiage on your mind( look in/ study words/ professional terms from a/ the dictionary). If you TRULY desire the job and to NAIL the interview, its best to do ALL that or which was stated up above! Now go get that job even if its NOT the job of your dreams! Just some helpful hints jobcase peeps! Luv luv...

I've applied to countless jobs. I have confidence in myself, but prayers for patience would be so appreciated. It's going to happen. I just know it.

Applied at winner Dixie, did the drug test and background check. Was told by manager I would hear one way or the other. I gave up after a month, then I finally got a call after 2 months and I start training tomorrow. Sometimes it pays to be patient. It's a nice 52nd birthday present two days later. Hang in there and know what it is you really want. 11.50 isn't bad for a start here in the keys. Plus benefits

If you're getting frustrated when it comes to your job search, remember all things take time. Maybe the job/ career you applied for wasn't the job for you. Better things are soon to come. :)

I wanted a job at Fry's Food and Drug Store! I have done the on line application and the assessment to the application, went in on Saturday on open interview day got there at 12:12p.m. And I waited for almost 6 hours and I have been the last one to be interview! The manager was impressive of my answers! It went super well, not nerves at all, just felt extremely POSITIVE about it since I had saw a posting on Facebook on Sierra Vista Jobs! I have done the drug test and back ground check gotta wait till that comes back, which it takes 7-10 days! #patience #determination It pays off! Thank You Lord!
