I ASKED MY FACEBOOK FRIENDS HOW TO GET STARTED HELPING PEOPLE AND A FRIEND WHO WAS FORMERLY HOMELESS POSTED A LINK FOR SOME SHELTERS IN PHILLY. I NEEDED ONE THAT WOULD ALLOW MY DAUGHTER TO HELP AND PEC WAS THE FIRST TO ACTUALLY ANSWER THE PHONE. THEY WERE WELCOMING AND FRIENDLY AND BECAME OUR FAMILY
