They offer many jobs to you threw text messages, gives you an option to choose on a daily basis. Good pay rates. Very different from other temp services. Not your basic employer.

I used my skills at #PeopleReady to make things better when I

Wake up in the morning to go to work. Going out on a ticket but people ready my attitude is as if I am employed by The Daily Bread Company on a permanent job, so when I'm dispatched out to a job site no matter what it is I give 100%. I treat each job as if I already employed there. No need to complain or cry the Blues, if I feel that the job isn't in my life no need to talk about it that's not my style. I give every employer the most respect as if I was working for my parents. I have been on multiple tickets for 1 Day , 2 days, and have extended it for a week or two if not longer. I have multiple companies that call and request for me to come and work with them on the ticket whether I'm already out on the ticket or not. I get along with all of my fellow employees and I don't create problems at the shop or any place else because everything that I do represents people ready and myself. And those are my thoughts on how I make people ready better! Thank you for allowing me to share.
