I've got the talent and experience, perfect for the position as Pharmacist, yet online applications are sent and just seem to drift away unnoticed . . . That type of approach obviously isn't the best one. Do they only hire interns, or from agencies? I'd go so far as to work temporarily, even as an intern, in a probationary position of sorts. I just seems that I cannot even get my foot into the door.
As I wrote before, I was on The OIG Exclusions List for over 13 years while working as a pharmacist almost that whole v time. Shortly after being removed from the list, a former employer contacted me furious. Inspectors from the the OIG came to his workplace demanding the pharmacies he placed me and threatening to put his business in jeopardy. He had to pay thousands in fined and untold pain and suffering. I tried to negotiate a deal with him (free work) but wants nothing to do with me. Dies he have any basis for lawsuit and can I face any criminal or civil penalties?
