I used to be a CNA for signature, I was attending college to become a medical assistant and I'm currently a phlebotomist at Saint Joseph of Martin, would love to work back for signature Health as a medical assistant.

I'm a certified nurse aide and certified Phlebotomy Technician. I've been a caregiver for over 44 yrs. I was trained at Norton's Hospital when they hired me as a Certified nurse aide. The first day of orientation I was drawing blood and then I went to the Medical Institute of Kentucky. I have a 4.0 GPA as a Certified nurse aide and a 4.0 as a Certified Phlebotomy technican. I love people plus I have excellent references. One of my references say I'm a rarity another says I'd be a blessing to any company that gives me a job another one says they'd rehire me. I have customer service skills for over 10 yrs.

Hi! I was just wondering if anyone knew what steps I could take to get a job as a phlebotomist. I just passed my state test in December but every job I see says they want 1 or more years experience. How do I ever get experience when nobody is willing to let me start? I'm just a little frustrated and confused about that. Maybe I should be starting somewhere else?

I am not hearing from employers. I have been racking my brain to figure out what the issue is. I've rewrote my resume and still nothing. I have 26 years in my field. I recently had someone review my resume online. I guess its not very good. I keep hearing about software that HR departments are using. It has always been easy for me to find a job. I believe I need to rewrite again. My question is should I try out resume writers that charge?
Is this software for real? How does it work? I am actually a Phlebotomist, blood drawer. I'm not sure specifically what is considered key words. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
