What I don't understand is, How can you invest into your future just for you not to have a future in what you invested in? Get out of school get licensed through the state and be turned down for not having any experience for 2 to 3 years. Then down grade to other positions get phone interviews just for the company to tell you that they have already filled the position. What is really what these people look for?

I have put in over 300 apps for MA and Phlebotomy and I just graduated in June, so why am I not getting hired? I was a CNA for 20 years and then went back to college to better my skill but it's not going good thought it would help...

I went to school to become a Phlebotomist in 2011. I graduated 2nd in my class in Santee at health Occupations & worked at Volunteers in Medicine for 2 yrs in El Cajon, CA. I NEVER got hired at any jobs and gave up. Do I need to restart the whole process over to get my Phlebotomy certification again?

Kathleen
