Store Mgr. Dist Mgr. Or upper mgmt. Just Don't seem to care. Well, Change is coming. I'm discipline, flexible w/compassionate to help others I want out of the field of sales an in with the new healthcare. Looking to come in the Smithfield, or Raleigh area. I am currently working for a call center for a well known company. I enjoy my current work but feel as though I am being pigeon holed into a customer service position. I have over 14 years of retail service and retail management experience. I took it upon myself to get my phlebotomist licensures for a new direction in life. I’ve had no experience doing phlebotomy due to only having customer service type jobs offered. I am at a standstill with my career and my life. Any advice anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated!

I’m a phlebotomist! I’ve been in my field for almost two years now and I can’t find a good job anywhere! I’ve applied to plenty of places. I even got my fiend hired on at a company as a phlebotomist and she’s progressed more than I have with less experience! I’m frustrated at this point because I live in the DFW area it shouldn’t be this hard, but it most definitely is. I’m begging anyone for advice!

They told me that it was of the good and that I have all the qualities of a Phlebotomist/lab tech but there was only one thing that I didn’t have that they had to have to hire me I had to have a years experience so that means that I didn’t get the job

I recently graduated from Phlebotomy training and have my NHA certification. But I can’t find a job because they all want experience. The old story, how are you to get experience if you can’t find a job? Any ideas or suggestions?

I am new to the field, fresh out of a program and I am waiting for my license to come through the mail. I already have my certificate in hand. I started applying to jobs in my area and I am still looking for an opportunity. The job websites can get frustrating, so I've been told to go in face to face. Should I still do so even without having my license in hand? Will that be a factor working against me though, not having my license in hand like I do my certificate? This job search has been the hardest one I've ever done.
