I worked in the mental health field for sixteen years and went through burn out so bad because if CPS referrals. Literally broke my heart. Ive been on social security disability and am allowed to make so much.a month. ive been working all these other jobs because im so good with people. no one wants to hire me. they say they work with you if your disabled but im finding thats not the case. if I tell them I have master degrees im to overqualified. im so.down I just want a job.
