Had the opportunity to work as general manager at multiple locations. Transitioning from one underperforming unit until issues were remedied, and then would transition to the next unit. I perform well in stressful environments and take great pride in the results produced over the course of my tenure. #successstories

When I was fired for reporting the RGM and area manager to HR. I loved working at Pizza Hut but they dont give a shit about their employees. All they care about is money. it doesn't matter how horrible RGM was. She was the worst manager I have ever had to work with and didn't care about the employees or customers.

So, since my last post, I've left my first shift job at Wornick. It left me physically drained. I still work my second shift job at pizza hut as a driver. But that's gonna come to end soon. I'm still in school for audio engineering. I have about one month left there and two before graduation. On top of that, I'm going through a divorce after only three years. It hurts but I'm managing. Life is rough for me right now but I'm only hoping for the best. So for anybody that in a similar situation, don't give up. Put your focus on what you want to do.

I know how you feel. Ive actually been called for an interview and told they wanted experience workers. My 1st job was a dishwasher and i was stuck with that for 11.5 yrs. Now its different cause i got 3 jobs. I drive for pizza hit, walmart cashier/cartpusher. And i clean metal for a factory. Right now im just trying to get on my feet but never been so happy to not have to wash dishes. I was also at the point of giving up. I think its bs they wont give people a chance. But youre right, they judge by looks and exp.
