dont your over worked and massively underpaid. they dont negotiate your pay. its this is what your going to get paid take it or your fired

They turned 13 GM's this past year and their training program is very weak. They are using their current under performing GM's to train their new M.I.T's and no immediate openings for A trained G.M. to have their own store. Proceed with caution if brought on board and negotiate a good starting wage because you will stay there for a while.
