Some people not following the rules

I as today, I never knew that there are states which have mandates about, the "Right to Work"? I am trying to assess the situation of having the right to work and finding a job when you needed. Equality in the USA applies to everyone who can recognize when they are being discriminated against by working or not working. I believe this is about unlimited and obvious neglect of the Labor Department that will continued to ignore the issues about people being able and ready to find suitable work and making a living! WHAT!!!

How can I check if violating any competitive agreements with my job? I work in IT for a nationally recognized company and for the past few months I have been approached with emails and phone calls from recruiters for another rival or competitor company’s offering me a job opportunities. At first I though the contacts were scams or company insiders testing employee loyalty as a result of the volatile and highly competitive market for qualified IT professionals so I was hesitant. I discovered after many back and forth conversations that the potential offer is real but I’m still holding back in fear of violating my employee contract agreement with my current employer. How can I verify this without tipping off my employer that I’m looking into other jobs?

The right for employees to, LetGo a worker for little to no reason at all is an unjust one. Anything written on paper give employees there right, where employers have none. My husband struggle everyday to keep my son and I feed and with assentials possible. Because of this law, he lost a very good driving job that worked in keeping food at hand and payments done. They protest that my husband here late for five minutes, while he were dropping off passenger, but in general, only three minutes late with his passenger safely in there accured stop, gas in the Limo and off to car lot, he made it. First they over worked my husband for a month with longer houres, then they let him go, tell me how fare this is to a person that work as hard as my husband do?

I realize it! I'm interested in a company that is "hip" on policy. Drug testing is one. But not only. Policy and "business diversity." I go out shopping and stop by my local Ocean State Job Lot and see into their cash registers when purchase is rung-up. SEEING HOW they have just no regard to 'pro' registry I'm asking myself what sort of FOOLS they have in charge of these places in these days. I always thought 'pro' registry was the FIRST policy for all companies dealing with cash registers.

When a company puts in Black and White, Policies and Procedures. Then does not follow their own rules. Yet fires you for following the rules and regulations; because, they are afraid to loose customers who refuse to follow company policies. Life is about following the rules. Life is rules and regulations. Cowardice is about failure to follow conviction. If you do not stand for something, you will fall for anything.
