It wasn't a co worker it was the manager we was short handed like always and my manager jalesisa Houston got mad at me because she likes to go outside when we are real busy and need her help the lobby was full the drive thru was wrapped around the building I went outside to lool for her and she was outside smoking marijuana and i said we need help inside and she stated I have to get my head right before I can deal and that made me angry and I told her that it wasnt professional for her to be doing that and she got mad I was getting like 30 hrs a week she told all the other crew members that she was going to give me 2 days on the schedule for the next week and she did and them the following week she suspended me for a week and i didn't even know that I had been calling up there to check on my schedule and they told me she wasnt done with it so when I went to pick up my check they said I was suspended another week I'm like wow all because the manager wanted to get her head right
I loved that everyone at Popeyes worked as a team and treated each other like family .
