As a business professor, I tell my students that the more professional they dress, the more motivated they will be and also will give off a more professional impression. Appearance says a lot about a person and his ir her attention to detail necessary in most positions. Dr Reagan

Columbus was an in organized company that didn't put the well being of there workers first in many cases. Many of the workers were completely unprofessional and they didn't provide the necessities such as water a proper first aid etc

My company wants me to show my clients dignity and respect but when do staff get treated with dignity and respect especially from the managers and higher up managers? We work with the same clients every day but when we have a situation regarding a client and mention something that may work, we get lectured and yelled for what reason. Managers should treat their employee's with dignity and respect, we to have a family and priorities and should be able to say no for an additional shift without feeling guilty that we said no.

As a field technician for Smartech , the biggest change to me was learning financial patience. It was a constant struggle to make sure i was paid what I earned weekly. Whether mistakes were made on my end with documentation or on the corporate end with missed payments, I was responsible for verifying my completed jobs every friday and sending emails and doc copies to the hr department. However, it showed me to keep a calm demeanor and handle the situation with professional poise.

Giordanos Pizza in Champaign, IL is a HORRIBLE place to work! From the owners to managers, they allow workplace bullying. They pick favorites. They talk to other employees about personal stuff. There is also ABSOLUTELY no team work what so ever. I wouldnt EVER send someone here for a job!!!!!

A recruiter sent me there. I would not recommend this job to anyone. You're extremely micro managed. The direct sales manager will belittle, yell, curse at you infringement of everyone and he flips out if you ask the same question twice or simply make a mistake. The manager is an amazing sales person but TERRIBLE manager
