My experience working there over the years was good got a lot done and they can to I would just ask him to be patient stay positive they can actually make a career out of it

The biggest mistake was when I was working with payroll I was able to pay everyone their checks but I forgot to pay myself and I had bills due

I am now certified as Scrum Master via the Scrum Alliance.
Yet all I keep getting in the line of job possibilities is System Admin positions, any way I can get the recruiters to actually look at my Resume and Cover Letter instead of just scanning for matching words?

This is a group that meets on the first Wednesday of most months. Despite the name, we meet in Troy, Michigan, which is about 20 miles north of Detroit. We discuss project management topics - often issues we've experienced in managing a project. And it counts toward continuing education for the PMP or CAPM certifications. If you're interested, feel free to contact me or see https://project-management.wikia.com/wiki/Project_Management_Mentors_of_Detroit .

That if they're not there to wrk hard and be friendly then it's not the job for them

My advice is if you can avoid avoid, it is not a good company to work with.

My biggest mistake was not realizing that the company had no operational support in my region, leaving well to wish the customer service, being in my charge to respond for problems, whose qyal I had already informed the solution. so it was eroding the relationship with the company.

As a Project Manager it is always a challenge to balance all the aspects of the Job role, tasks, schedule and budget, But it is a Role that you have to be built in and love to perform. It is challenging and never boring, Building teams and sharing and learning new skills is the foundation of PM role. Responsibilities, challenges, focus, people skills, communication and negotiation are some of the abundance of skill set required by a PM . But it is always a love to work in that role
