Experienced Property Manager of 7 years with Tax Credit and HUD properties. Multifamily and Senior affordable housing with Social Services as well. Leases, rent collection, site inspections of both physical property and file audits. Maintenance work orders on a timely manner and turnovers in a reasonable time for compliance. Annual reporting to PHFA, state, county and local agencies. Background and Credit checks, landlord verification, home inspections, Income verification and annual recertification. Section 8 Vouchers, compiled with Fair Housing rules and regulations as well as ADA and Reasonable Accommodations with compassion, kindness, caring, and a willingness to help others live independently longer, healthier and financially. As a Social Service Coordinator doing Intakes and Evaluations for their wellbeing being considerate, thoughtful and decent to their feelings and needs.

Not turning in a report to my boss on the due date. My 6month old grandson was in the hospital.

Not asking for more help. I was dealing with losing my mom, then my sister & I didn't take time off to grieve. I just fell apart, didn't handle it well.

When the company that you work for it..let you down with the maintenance of the building..but i always try to find the solutions..

It is a great place to work. Great benefits and the company pays 80% of your insurance costs. The staff from the Executive Director down interact very well with an open door approach.
