My career has included Warehousing, customer service, and related fields. I recently graduated with my Bachelor's in Property Management in Salt Lake City, Utah To clarify, this is property as defined by the FAR part 45, not the real estate version (my associates degree). I have struggled for some time trying to find a position in my field, are there ay tips available to help?

P.S: yes, i have searched under my field and desired title, only to get no leads that are non real estate.

I have been in property management for 20 years overseeing 6 -8 satellite properties/offices and now find myself unemployed due to management changes. I am a self starter and worked independently for the company to produce A+ results at distressed properties/offices thanks to my good organizational skills, but now after 20 years am having a difficult time find something comparable to this previous position. Any suggestions of what direction I can take to increase my career hunting results?

Hi. I've lived in Illinois for over 30 years and I am wanting to pick up and move to the state of Georgia. I have applied for property management positions and assistant manager positions. I have written a cover letter and submitted my resume. However, I'm not getting any call backs or email responses. How do I know if the company wants me? I would like to land a position before I make my move. What do I need to get done? Thanks

I've been out of work for 2 years due to moving out of state and getting my family situated. In the meantime I have been a Property Manager for my rental properties. I'm extremenly anxious and ready to return to work. My obstacle is a cover letter. I'm having writer's block and am wondering what resources have been used by others in the past.
