I had multiple accounts, more than others in the department, and received many compliments from my customers for my hard work and willingness to go above and beyond my job requirements to help them. I never received compliments from my own workplace which was a real shame and the only time I received raises was to quit and come back. I left due to disability. HUGE turnover
I have been hired with numerous companies only to be let go shortly within the year quickest of date was 6 months. The excuse always given that I am not working fast enough, the exception to that was a grocery store job I held for more then 8 years. So I guess my question is how does one improve speed without sacrificing quality?
