About getting help writing a winning resume, what do you all think? How do I find a great but affordable company? I am starting to Google the process, but any tips and suggestions would be helpful to me, and to others, I'm sure. I have many years of solid work history, and have done a wide variety of different kinds of work. Office, restaurants, retail, driving, factory and more. And I don't know how many others have a difficult time selling themselves. I know what I'm capable of and I love to learn new things, but a deeply ingrained sense of modesty makes it really hard to tell others how wonderful I am. I feel like I'm bragging. Or trying to convince a doubtful audience of my skill set.
Why is it so hard to feel confident, when I know confidence comes with knowing how to do any job the way the employer wants it done? How can we convince a prospective employer that we are (or will be) a good fit?
Having a job is comfort, safety. Looking for one is depressing and shakes ones confidence. It takes a real toll on self-esteem and self worth.

Ahhhhhhh I am really nervous and it's coming up soon!!!!! I have never been to a job fair before. Anyone know how this works?? What kinds of things do they usually ask, same as an interview?

I had a interview today and she said it will take About A week for her to call me about the job... Isn't that a long time to hear back from a job #interview #questions

To what level of importance is it necessary to study a companys bio/background/history/founding/members? And why is it important? And should you feel offended if you take the time to study them, but they never take the time to study you, or even call you after you have applied many times?

How often are new jobs posted? How long are they posted? Are they removed once the jobs have been filled?
