I just started a career in real estate. Real estate takes a while to get going. I am look for a flexible part time job to pay my bills until my real estate career gets going. Anybody need a part time helper? Uber is not working out, and I need to pay my bills. Very frustrated here.

I have been in the real estate sector for more than 37 years and over the past 12 years, its had it's good and bad times. I stated in the business at a very young age and this is all I know. I am looking for a change, but it is hard to find a job with no experience even close to what I'm use to making. If there is any employers out there looking for a dependable/reliable employee, look no more.

I have kept my faith and put it in God's hands,I do believe he helps those that help themselves, not always in our time but he does. I have a second phone interview tomorrow and an in person interview on Wednesday for a property management position. That is what I love to do and have been trying to get back into, at times I worry my age will be a factor but I also know I can use my life experience and skills to benefit me. Don't give up

Stay on your toes. Keep your mind 100% focused on your work and what is going on around you. Communication amongst staff was lacking whenever I was an employee there, so be sure to keep comunication as a priority. There is mostly family members that are employees and politics usually came up a lot. DO NOT ENGAGE. My assumption is since they are mostly family, the arguments are sometimes pretty fierce. I was always taught to never discuss politics or religion at the work place or with the general public
The key is, always stay aware of your work and what's going on around you. There's a lot of "chiefs" and not enough "indians" and with the lack of communication things can get pretty hectic as far as knowing which assignment from each boss should be a priority.
