I let it vent all and I make sure I look into their eyes with an understanding of situation

Very heavy and 2 entire weeks of not sleep at the begining of course

I loved the job and most of the employees just had issues with a employee oth e r than that it was a great place to work

The things I love about working at New Direction is being able to help people with life changing milestones.. Being able to solve problems while constantly learning and meeting new people along the way.. There is just so many reasons I loved working at New Direction I could go on and on.

Being the best me that i can be despite work conditions. While being employed at the Park I learned how to overcome obstacles by using past experience and intuition. It was one of the best environments and experiences I've had.

Better communication between supervisor and employee. Making sure your position will be secure and not disrupt or create a downsizing in benefits.

Get clarification on your job title, duties, responsibilities, and secure benefits. Ask questions concerning position and changes within your department.

Absences due to medical issues.

Non-compliance with coworkers. On my shift, there was one person who felt that she didn't need to be responsible not participate in certain work obligations. Therefore, much of those details were placed upon me.
