I have been out of college for 8 years now. I find it very hard to get a job in my field. I don't have an interest of going back to school as of now. I just need the experience and a job. My question is how to sale myself when looking for jobs in my field.

I just graduated with my bachelors and looking for something that reference my field criminal justice. I do not know were to start can someone help me

Help!! My son is graduating from college in May with BA in Biology. He has never worked a paying job although he has done volunteering.
He is very introverted, lacks social skills as he stays away from people and wants to work with animals. He is very good with all animals and I see the appeal for him.
Now I have spoken with our vet about a job and she said she would certainly talk with him. I have been in HR over 20 years so I have helped with his resume and I’m trying to teach him how to interview.
Now here’s the thing I need help with. Since he has never had to fend for himself he isn’t motivated to get a game plan together. I think he thinks he can live at home forever. Not!!!
He is smart and sweet but shy and closed off some. I think he’s afraid to meet with these hiring managers. How can I help him? Anyone have any ideas? I know we did wrong by coddling him his whole life but I can’t change that so don’t lecture me please. I want him to be successful and comfortable in his position bu I can’t get him to cooperate.
Thanks for reading this and I anxiously await what I hope will be some great advice.

Hello, I’m looking for job as a phlebotomist, I graduated college seven months ago and received a certificate. I am hard worker and I’m very eager to start working with the skills I learned. I have applied every where, I only have one year experience. I am a fast learner and a people person. If there is anyone that can help me please contact me.

I graduated last year, and I have yet to be even looked at by any company despite my constant flow of applications. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but I just hate feeling trapped in this purgatory...

I graduated with a mechanical engineering degree in May and I'm still finding it hard to find a job. I've had a couple interviews but no success. Any advice for me? Or if you know of a company in Northwest Indiana or Chicago area that is hiring an entry-level mechanical engineer that would be great too.

I am currently seeking Phlebotomist jobs.I am a recent graduate

Hi, I'm a recent graduate of Brightwood Career Institute, where I obtained my associate degree in business administration and management . My background has been in healthcare, but I would be willing to work in any field. I would really rather not work in a call center of at all possible. Thank you four looking.
