I am a new LPN graduate. Can anyone offer assistance with how new graduates got a job. Most jobs want experience but don't want to except Clinicals as experience. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Susan

I graduated last July from Hope Home Care due to health circumstances they were aware of I wasnt able to work but was told after i got the heart ablation done theyd have work for me icalled in for work in May of 2019 and i was told I'd have to take the course again yet I was nit allowed to obtain my certificate would this stop me from getting employed by a CHH/A agenc? What can I do ? My year just ended without use or a job.

I just graduated from high school where I was dual enrolled in an Automotive Technician class. I have 3 ASE student certifications and can’t get any entry level Automotive Technician or a Lube Technician positions. I’ve applied at the local car wash, the quick oil change places like 5 minute, Good Year and Bridgestone . I have also applied at just about every dealership from Hyundai to Mercedes. What good is it to take vocational training in high and then when you graduate, you can’t get a job? I have had 3 interviews and all of the told me that they would be calling me with a time to come for a second interview. I haven’t heard one word from any of them. This is depressing. I should have went the college route at least I would have had 4 more years before getting to this point.

Job search on month six now. Just got let go after a temp position after three days because I was not good enough for them. I have applied to over 200 positions and have had less than 10 interviews. I am seriously considering just stopping because it seems that the higher volume jobs I apply to it does not matter. Graduated last month. Been searching since January. What should I do? I am doing everything right from what friends, family and business associates I have been in touch with have been telling me.

So I graduated in September of 2018 with a Medical Clinical Assistant diploma, and applied to so many places, had interviews, and nothing yet. I honest to god, have no idea what I am doing wrong. They all go on to other candidates, its so frustrating. I am ready to give up. All I want is to have a chance to work in the field I went in the hole for. Any pointers would help. Thank you

I recently graduated from the University of Toledo in December majoring in finance. I had an internship with a local company in the area that is about it for relative job experience. After graduation I took a job in financial services and I am quickly learning this is not a job for me. I started applying to other jobs about a month, month in a half a go and have yet to receive anything back besides rejection emails. I really want to get a job in my field to gain experience because everyone seems to want 1-5 years of it. Does anyone have any suggestions or tips?

Billionaire Robert F. Smith was commencement speaker at Morehouse College's graduation exercises this weekend. He surprised the graduates by announcing he would pay their student loan debt! An amazing gift to the young men that will total $40 million! https://www.ajc.com/news/just-morehouse-commencement-speaker-pay-off-class-2019-student-loans/XvMHlS1SVyJiG3mRp1WOWL/

I graduated on may 2017 . It's been 2 years now. Still searching for my first job. I have applied thousands of job applications in this period and gave interviews. Yet nobody hired me . Because everyone wanted some experience in corporate world. Im 25 years old and didn't think that having two degrees(bachelor's & master's) is not good enough . Nowadays I feel like not talking to anyone as the conversation always end up with my employment and don't even feel like to get up from my bed . I tried all suggestions from everyone. But no luck still. Im lost and have no hopes .

I just graduated from the Louisiana national guard youth challenge program in carville Louisiana I was Cadet of the cycle which is the highest honor you can get there

College seniors and recent graduates often find it very challenging to land their first job after college. However, it shouldn’t be a difficult thing to land your first job after college if you know how to go about it.
